More About Bri

Welcome!

My name is Bri (they/them), I identify as queer and transmasc non-binary. I am a mental health counselor that provides affirming and culturally aware therapy.

Much of my therapeutic style is humanistic and relational, with focus on integrating perspectives of mindfulness, multiculturalism, and person-centered modalities, as well as recognition of the intersectionality of identities while working with LGBTQIA+ and non-monogamous folx. I believe in adaptive therapeutic styles to fit the needs of clients.

With an LGBTQIA+ affirmative approach to therapy, I supports accurate, positive and non-judgmental views of all LGBTQIA+ identities, culture, families and relationships. I believe that social justice and advocacy work is fundamental to my role as a therapist.

Other areas of experience include exploring identities, interpersonal relationships, self-worth and empowerment, life transitions, stress management, anxiety and depression.
