Bri is a Mental Health Counselor offering in-person and Telehealth therapy to all of New York.
Their outlook on therapy is to work with clients on their journey of self-discovery, however they may define it. With an LGBTQIA+ affirmative approach to therapy, Bri supports accurate, positive and non-judgmental views of all LGBTQIA+ identities, culture, families and relationships.
Other areas of work include identity development, life transitions, stress management, and social justice and advocacy.

My Philosophy
With a person-centered approach to talk therapy, clients take the lead in sessions as they are the experts of their own experiences. Through guidance and understanding, Bri offers support and encouragement tailored to validate and advocate for the client's journey. Bri's therapeutic styles includes integrating mindfulness, multiculturalism, and person-centered approaches, as well as recognition of the intersectionality of identities while working with LGBTQIA+ populations.
